I found Bress Splot! /o/ He’s in one of the gag scenarios of the game, and looks just like Jacuzzi, minus the tattoo but with a smile that makes him look like Claire.

He’s Jacuzzi’s long-lost brother who supposedly disappeared when he fell from some tower in Arizona. He holds a grudge against Jacuzzi because *gasp* They were both in love with Nice! Nice says that she liked Jacuzzi better because although Bress was good at everything, Jacuzzi was the cute underdog.

Bress leads a mercenary team called “The Dragons of Money”. Members include Nancy the self-proclaimed kunoichi, Gary the gunman, a man from the Togo Family (related to Denkuro!), and a big guy called Joe.

Bress later claims that he’s actually a fake Jacuzzi, complete with goofy music. In the end, despite the confusion, Jacuzzi’s just happy to be reunited with his brother.

The whole thing is presented in an over-dramatic fashion, and ends with an explosion and what seems to be a love triangle scenario.

I think it’s safe to assume that he’s an AU joke character.
